The ASA Georgia Chapter offers its members an online “Ask the Attorney” session which is presented by Ben Shapiro with Baker Donelson. This was a regular event at our monthly meetings, but now we offer this membership benefit to all of our members in the comfort of their office or in the field by using a smart phone or tablet. We collect questions for Ben and then he presents the answers live online. The “Ask the Attorney” sessions are normally held on the last Tuesday of each month at 10:30 am. At each session Ben will not only address your questions but he will also discuss a hot topic affecting subcontractors.
